General guarantee policy: all reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card.
Guarantee policy for “Discounted price for advanced purchase” rate: all reservations must be guaranteed by a Credit Card. The full price will be charged when the reservation is made. This charge is non-refundable.
General cancellation policy: cancellations must be made 48 hours before the arrival date. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night of your stay will be charged to the card provided.
Check-in after 3:00 pm. Check-out before 12:00 pm.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15 per night for children’s cots/cribs.
All children under 12 years are charged EUR 25 per night for extra beds.
All further older children or adults are charged EUR 45 per night for extra beds.
The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.
Any type of extra bed or child’s cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
