From 18 to 20 May 2027, Fira Barcelona Gran Via hosts Vitafoods Europe, the major global event for nutraceuticals, dietary supplements and functional ingredients. Organised by Informa Markets, it brings together ingredient suppliers, manufacturers, R&D and nutrition brands with buyers from across the value chain. It’s a strictly professional event, with entry by registration. If you’re coming for the fair, here’s what you need to know — and why Hotel Arc La Rambla makes a great base for your stay.

What is Vitafoods Europe?
Vitafoods Europe is the major international event for the nutraceutical industry and dietary supplements, organised by Informa Markets. It’s the benchmark meeting point where ingredient suppliers meet finished-product manufacturers, nutrition brands, laboratories and distributors.
The event covers the whole value chain: ingredients, finished products, manufacturing, research and distribution, with a strong focus on functional food and beverage innovation and science-led nutrition. It’s an eminently commercial and science-driven platform.
Who it’s for: ingredient suppliers, manufacturers, R&D and regulatory teams, nutrition brands, laboratories and distributors. It’s a professional-only event: it isn’t open to the general public.
