The best three coves in Costa Brava

The Costa Brava is one of the most visited coastal in Spain, from Blanes to Portbou. It is a sun and sand destination where you could find over ten hundred beaches, but the most breathtaking coves are Aiguablava, Giverola and Montjoi.

Cala Aiguablava in Begur is ideally situated. It is a picturesque cove nestles in mountains with a lot of vegetation, with a sheltered landscape, and fine-white sand and crystal-clear water.

 

Cala Giverola lies in Tossa de Mar, in the south point of Costa Brava. It is rocky scenery with majestic mountains, ideal for people who want to rest due to it is a safe, quiet and intimate cove, and it holds clear-calm water.

 

Cala Montjoi is popular with people who are keen on the gastronomy and the sea, because this area is a home to the famous Fundació el Bulli of Ferrán Adriá, a well-known Spanish chef. This cove located in Roses; in a setting that provides different touristic services.
