Where to eat pizza in Barcelona: the best pizzerias in the city

Are you an Italian food lover and especially a pizza lover? We propose a guide with the best pizzerias in Barcelona so that you can enjoy the most tasty pizzas in the city.

Where to eat the best pizza in Barcelona

L’Antica Pizzeria da Michelle

Address: Carrer del Consell de Cent, 336

Phone: 931 38 32 55

The historic pizzeria Da Michele (an institution in his native Naples with more than 150 years of history) has recently opened a restaurant in Barcelona with a gastronomic proposal that is both simple and delicious: three types of pizza (marinara, margherita and napoletana) and a spectacular calzone

As the only inconvenience, they do not accept reservations and there are often long queues to get a table. But the wait will have been worth it.

N.A.P.

Address: Av. de Francesc Cambó, 30

Phone: 686 19 26 90

You will find this small restaurant, which has become an emblematic pizzeria, almost hidden in the heart of El Born.

The acronym N.A.P. stands for Napolitan Authentic Pizza which perfectly describes the spirit of a restaurant where recipes, ingredients and even the wood-fired oven have been imported from the Italian city.

The result? Pizzas are both delicious and cheap, made in the purest Neapolitan style with a fine, crunchy dough and top quality ingredients.

Although with any pizza you choose you will feel like travelling to southern Italy, we recommend the Napoli pizza (with anchovies, black olives and capers), the Crudo Parma (mozzarella, Parma ham, Parmesan shavings, rocket, mashed tomato and olive oil) and the Regina with double mozzarella.

P.S.: If you order the pizzas to take away and the place is not very full, you will have your order in 5 minutes. They deserve to be in the Guinness Book of Records! 😉

Parking Pizza

Address: Passeig de Sant Joan, 56

Phone: 935 41 80 11

A special style, totally different from the traditional pizzeria concept except for the most important thing: the quality of its gourmet pizzas cooked in a wood-fired oven and made with fresh and original ingredients.

The restaurant is located in an old car park, a very spacious space of about 500 m2 with the typical look of an industrial warehouse that contrasts with the hustle and bustle and the always lively atmosphere that characterises the restaurant.

Among its casual and innovative offer of pizzas, which you can accompany with delicious craft beers, we recommend the four-cheese pizza with shallots and sage, the spicy sobrassada, taleggio cheese and thyme pizza and the black truffle, fontina, egg and parmesan pizza.

Sports Bar

Address: Carrer Ample, 51

Phone: 933 10 69 58

Don’t be deceived by the name of the restaurant, the football-themed décor and the appearance of a bar for tourists…. The Sports Bar serves top-quality pizzas (of course Neapolitan style with a wood-fired oven) and very cheap, as well as delicious antipasti and desserts from which it will be difficult to choose.

It is often very crowded (especially Italians), which shows the quality of a restaurant in which they put the same passion when making their pizzas as watching a football match on one of the screens that are distributed all over the restaurant.

La Briciola

Address: Carrer Olzinelles, 19

Phone: 934 32 19 33

Opened in 1989, La Briciola was one of the most innovative pizzerias in Barcelona. Since then they have been working with high quality ingredients to create a unique fusion between the Calabrian, Neapolitan and Milanese styles.

Among its excellent and varied pizza menu we recommend Campione (spicy salami, arugula, goat cheese, chicory, oregano and parmesan cheese), which you can taste while enjoying the careful classic decoration of the place that will make you fall in love with this sanctuary of Italian food in Barcelona.

La Bella Napoli, La Balmesina, Frankie Gallo Cha Cha Cha Cha or Miseria e Nobiltà are some of the many restaurants that also deserve to be on our list of the best pizzerias in Barcelona. Ask the hotel staff  if you need more information, we will be happy to help you!
