How to get to Hotel Arc La Rambla from the airport and from the port?

Did you know that there are many ways to get to Hotel Arc La Rambla? Here we show you the best options to get to our hotel from Barcelona Airport and from the Port of Barcelona.

From Barcelona-El Prat Airport

Barcelona airport is only 13.5 kilometers from the city center. Here are the most comfortable and economical options.

1. Aerobus

The Aerobus is a fast and comfortable option that connects the airport with the center of Barcelona. It departs every 5-10 minutes and will take you directly to Plaza Catalunya, located about 10-15 minutes walk from the Hotel Arc La Rambla. Once in Plaza Catalunya, you can enjoy a stroll along the famous Ramblas until you reach our hotel.

2. Train (Rodalies R2 Nord)

Another option is the R2 Nord train from Terminal 2 of the airport. This train will take you to Passeig de Gràcia station. From there, you can take Metro Line 3 (L3, green line) in the direction of Zona Universitària and get off at the Drassanes stop. Hotel Arc La Rambla is just a few steps from this station.

3. Metro (L9 Sud)

The metro is the cheapest option. Take Line 9 Sud (L9S) from any of the airport terminals and get off at Zona Universitària station. Then change to Metro Line 3 (L3, green line) and get off at Drassanes station, just a few meters from our hotel.

From the Port of Barcelona (Cruise Terminal)

The hotel is only 5.9 kilometers from the Port of Barcelona. Here are the most convenient options to get there directly.

1. Bus T3 PORTBUS

The T3 PORTBUS is a shuttle bus service that connects the cruise terminals with the Columbus Monument, located at the end of Las Ramblas. From there, you can walk about 5 minutes to Hotel Arc La Rambla, enjoying the atmosphere of this emblematic street.

2. Taxi (if it is electric, the better)

Another option is to take an electric cab from the cruise terminal. Barcelona has a growing fleet of electric cabs that offer a fast and comfortable service, without polluting emissions. The ride to our hotel takes approximately 10-15 minutes.

3. Uber

Another great option is the Uber app as an alternative to cabs when you want to get around Barcelona. Uber services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can request a car at any time through the Uber app, as long as there are drivers available in the area.
